A bad retail experience with Koolkipah.com
Just sharing a bad retail experience to spare you the pain. Kippah ordering nightmare for a Bat Mitzvah. DON'T ORDER FROM KOOLKIPAH.COM. This is what I had to deal with 1. My order took 9 months to process 2. My payment phone call was processed quickly, and then it was difficult to get someone to return my phone calls 3. I was told that other people's orders would be processed before mine, because their date was before my date 4. I was promised a 10% discount for my troubles and I never received the discount 5. I received my kippot only days before the big event. I have never submitted a blog like this.. Just felt compelled to warn you. Written by TO from MD on Nov.1, 2011

obviously this is the way this company does business . . . same thing happened to me and a friend of mine: false promises, lying, and finally delivery 4 days before the event when the order was placed 4 months earlier. BE WARNED!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI also had a bad experience. I had to cancel my order when they did not fill it after 8 weeks of waiting. I still have not received a refund. I am battling that one with Paypal right now. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
